Privacy policy
This policy explains how Senloq Ltd, trading as Winloq ("we", "us") uses personal information. We are the data controller. Contact: tenders@winloq.com.
What we collect
- Business contact details published by firms themselves (for example on their website or Companies House): business name, a work email address, phone number and the services they offer.
- What you send us: emails, your company details, and documents you share for a bid (insurance certificates, policies, past work, photos).
- Basic website data: our site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To contact businesses that may benefit from our service (legitimate interests). Every message tells you how to opt out, and we stop straight away if you ask.
- To provide the service you asked for: finding contracts and preparing bids (contract).
- To keep records we're required to keep, such as invoices (legal obligation).
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use trusted providers to run our service (email hosting, website hosting, payment processing), under contract and only for that purpose. Bid documents are only submitted by you, to the buyer you choose.
How long we keep it
Prospect contact details: up to 12 months, or until you opt out. Client documents: for the length of our work together plus 12 months, so we can reuse them in later bids, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Invoices: 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or opt out of contact at any time by emailing tenders@winloq.com. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
