Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Winloq Tenders, a service of Senloq Ltd, trading as Winloq ("we", "us"). Our company details are at the bottom of this page.
1. What we do
We search public tender notices, send you contracts that may suit your business, and, if you ask, help you prepare bids. You decide whether to bid, check every document, and submit bids in your own name.
2. No guarantee of winning
Buyers make their own decisions. We cannot guarantee that any bid will be successful, and fees are not refundable because a bid did not win.
3. Your information
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us. We will not invent experience, accreditations or certificates, and we may decline to help with a bid we believe is misleading.
4. Fees and payment
- Contract alerts: £49 per month, billed monthly in advance. Cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month.
- Bid support: a fixed fee agreed in writing before we start (from £300 per tender).
- Bid-ready pack: £199, one-off.
- Free first bid: one free bid per business, for a contract we have matched to you. No payment details needed.
Invoices are payable within 14 days. Prices exclude VAT where VAT applies.
5. Deadlines
We work to the buyer's deadline, but we need your documents and feedback in good time. We are not responsible for a missed deadline caused by late information or by the buyer's portal.
6. Confidentiality
We keep your documents and bid content confidential and use them only to provide our service to you.
7. Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of contracts or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
